Positive Steps appreciate that each businesses requirement will vary depending on the nature of the work and the "in-house" expertise already available. By understanding our client's aims and objectives we can provide the right blend of support, advice, documentation and training to directly meet our client's needs.

All our Consultants are professionally qualified in their fields as follows:

• All Health and Safety Consultants are degree qualified in Occupational Health and Safety, NVQ 4 or NEBOSH Diploma.
• All Health and Safety Consultants have membership of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health). CMIOSH and Grad IOSH levels obtained.
• All Consultants are qualified in their own areas of expertise and clients will be assigned a Consultant with relevant professional qualifications and experience for the business concerned.
• Fire Safety Consultants are members of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE). All consultants carry out Fire Safety Risk Assessments using an IFE approved process.
• Our Disabled Access Auditors are members of the National Register of Access Consultants (NRAC).

Positive Steps are committed to only providing our clients with qualified and experienced consultants. All new consultants undergo intensive training and support to enable them to deliver the high standards set in house.
